Have something to sell!

Make sure youhave something unique to sell out there? For, that is what will make you special, unique and competitive on the market.I know of a guy called Meli, an elder to me. At form three, he was a model to me. He was always in school early in the morning and will leave very late in the evening. He spent all his time reading, no time for exchanges with others. He had created his world apart and the only time we could listen to him speak, was when the lecturer asked a question in class. He will exposed quotations upon quotations to answer.

The brave model will continue school still the doctorate degree expecting his University to recruit him for teaching. But believe me, he will be shocked that all the times he will apply, his proposal will be turn down. Years of education without any achievement. The entrance of the ministry of higher education will become his room, full of grievance, and weeping for the waist, he will even attempt to commit suicide. What a system of education my country has reserved for its youth.

Had it been this guy thought crazy as Carlson Nkwain and invested all that time and energy in one missing thing that could transform his community, like he could be somewhere today serving as a consultant. Thus, he would have, at hand, something missing in his community to sell. Hold on, for you will get to know better the world in which we are.

We live today in a diversified world, full of prolific opportunities based on what we have to offer. What do we have to sell in today’s constant changing market? Look around your community, identify the missing things to make it perfect, evaluate your skills and see which of them ties and strive to its accomplishment. If you don’t have any, learn, build yourself, and work with a purpose.

Indeed, we always find it impossible, but guys believe me, it is always impossible unless someone tries it. Thus, in the constant process of trying, he ends up turning the impossibilities into possibilities. What we need is that bold step to start. When will you start? Yesterday, today or tomorrow? Procrastination!!!!

If you say today, then you are buying the crazy or creative thinking of Carlson, but if it is tomorrow, then you are simply a wantrepreneur. Your calendar may never turn to tomorrow for you to start. Ask yourself questions, look around you and kick the starter bottom. Your environment needs it, your community, population needs it…. Expose the crazy guy that lives in you, leave that comfort zone of yours, think big and change your immediate space. Be crazy enough to think and create an impact. That is the different between you and the entrepreneur you have been admiring.

The days of certificates are gone, the world to which we are exposed today, values more skills than the papers you have. You must be able to transform what you have to what people need, if not you are yet in the world of certificates. Thus, you need to update, to turn the page and join the new movement.
